This Refund Policy explains how Michael Urban handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for Outdoor Gear, Camping Equipment, Hiking Accessories, and other Premium Outdoor Products. We are committed to fair, transparent, and customer-focused service.

Return Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, products must be unused, clean, and in their original condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging included. This policy applies to standard Outdoor Adventure items unless an exception is listed below.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be free of dirt, debris, odors, and signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection.
- Accessories, components, and bundled items must be included to qualify for a full refund.
- Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
Refund Review & Processing
Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item(s). If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
You will receive confirmation by email when your refund is issued. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size, color, or model when inventory is available. If an exchange is not available, we will process a refund after the return is approved.
Shipping-Related Issues & Order Tracking
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, contact Support within 7 days of the tracking update. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly. We will cover return shipping for verified damaged or incorrect items.
Exclusions
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards, customized items, and downloadable content are non-refundable.
- Returns submitted after the 30-day window may be declined.
